It's obvious that you were never interested in having this resolved and all you want to do is to spread false accusations.

We treat our customers right and if there is a problem we take care of it right away.
You have one more day take us on our offer, after that you can take your business somewhere else.
Maybe you'll have better luck with people that sold you calcium meter and told you that you can use it continuously and still get an accurate readings.

Well, it has already worked, as I will be saving about $75 buying lighting equipment from aquacave instead of the original place I was going. Just wanted to thank you for causing me to check out aquacave before this thread gets closed- as it should- because you are out of line.
 
I have had nothing but great dealings with Aquacave and Albert. I had an issue with a defective lightbulb and Albert resolved it quickly. I think the reason he was able to help me so quickly is because I didnt threaten him or scream or lie. It's easier for a retailer to take care of customers when they act properly. I think we can see what kind of person you are here Bem and I think it's evident why you are not happy. It is probably impossible to make you happy.
Anyway in defence of a great company, people please take Ben's rantings for what they are and Alberts words for what they are.

Its that he has a great reputation and I have dealt with him in the past and found him to be mature and a great businessman. I have never met him. His business is over an hour away. Nice try though.
 
you still did not tell me where I lied? You and your partner Albert are calling me a liar. Surly, with all of the information that I placed here and on the original thread I would have slipped up somewhere if I was lieing.

What am I lieing about? tell me please. Talk to Albert first and see if you can put your heads together on this and come up with something good. :lol:

I can assure you that a "good" buisnessman would:

1. take care of his customers when there is a problem
2. stand behind his word and his product no matter what
3. never ever talk badly to a customer and call him/her names and make slandering accusations.

Sorry he doesn't qualify as a good buisnessman to me. I could care less who decides to shop there or not. All I wanted was to return merch. that was defective from the start. He's not doing that even after he made a promise to me in e-mailand in conversation. None-the-less, the truth shall stand!

Albert is not my partner why would I talk to him? You really think that he is out to get you and I am in it with him? You are not acting "right".
The way he conducts himself and the way you conduct yourself tell me who is lieing here. He already told you what he would do for you and how he would do it and it wasnt good enough for you. You waited way too long to start making demands. It really looks like you are pulling a scam by waiting so long to start this rant but thats my opinion. If you think threatening him with a "slam" on Reef Central and then writing this thread will do any harm to his business then I hope you get what you hope for but I wont stop doing business with them. I will however stop visiting this thread, its pointless. Good luck Ben with your next retailer.

You have one more day to make right on your promise for a refund as per your e-mail (also copied in this thread).

Anyways I just wanted to let everyone know that my brother and I have been taken care to the fullest from Albert... He responds quickly and treated us with respect...

And by the way policies are put in place to help the company and consumers... If people were to return stuff at anytime that would cost the company losses in profit.. this then trickles down to the consumer when prices rise to compensate for the losses.

Anyways I will continue to recommend Aquacave and Albert not just for the prices but for the customer service....

You miss the point. He made verbal promises and even wrote it in an e-mail and said whenever you are ready to return the items to just let them know. The point was that he stalled me by making false promises just so he can than turn around and use his 30 return policy to say that I waited too long.

If you want to use a vendor who, lies, cheats, is dishonest then go right ahead. I won't and there are plenty of folks who have contacted me and told me about the tactics of this company and they wont use them either.

Why don't you read through the entire post and see all of the proof that I layed out for all to see. Mistakes are mistakes and bottom line they were not rectified. and I was lied to. PERIOD.

At the end of the day, when you look at my invoice, you will see, they sent me the wrong items. than they sent me a used replacement in an opened package. than they stalled by having me deal with thier distributors and turned 180 degrees and reneged on guarantees made to me for return.

Looks like you are the one missing the point here.
I indicated to you from the beginning in my emails and in this tread that you can return the filters to us for a full refund and that if there is anything wrong with the lamps we will replace them for you.
Earlier in this tread you stated that you would rather sell the items than return them to us.
It's your decision. What are you complaining about?

Yup, I did say that I would rather sell the items... BUT, thats becasue I also stated that its becasue I do not trust you after all of the deciet and lies.

What "you said" was that IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG WITH THE BULBS THAN I CAN GET A CREDIT. I'm not going to waste my time send everything in just for you to say, theres no scratches or anything wrong, SORRY! especially that you have been saying this from the start of this thread.

Do you really think I would drag this out for nothng? I have better things to do. BUT, whats right is right.

The fact remains I was never taken care of and this was never rectified and your treatmnt of me was not only unproffesional but frankly disgusting.

NAH, unless you send replacements to me at this point I'm not going to return anything to waste my time further. and, yes at that point I will rather sell it all.

If you want to send the lamps in for replacement, let me know and we'll send you call tag for that package. After the lamps are inspected and if they are not working properly, we will send you replacement lamps.
