If you want to send the lamps in for replacement, let me know and we'll send you call tag for that package. After the lamps are inspected and if they are not working properly, we will send you replacement lamps.

aquacave, you've been repating yourself with alot of nonsence wy don't you try and offer a rel resolution that works.

Wow, I thaught this thread was over. I have a feeling you have lost your fight Ben. It really looks like Albert tried to help you and even offered to bend the rules by allowing you to return your items that you state need to be replaced. By the way you conduct yourself I wouldnt have even responded to you if I were Albert but he seems more patient then me. If you think that you can have him send you the items before you send yours back, you are mistaken as Alberts responces have shown here. I wonder if Albert has given up on you yet and has decided to stop responding to you. I would have a long time back. Good luck :)

I don't imagine that Aquacave is suffering because of this thread but it seems to me that you are attempting to damage their reputation by posting on a public forum.

I can only imagine how upset you are over what you perceive to be a horrible vendor experience but I think you might be better served by working through your credit card company or the BBB than starting a rant that can be entered into evidence.

If you are really upset contact the AG in the state where the company is licensed to do business. However, you need to be very sure you are in the right because the AG's office does not take kindly to issues of libel.

I somehow doubt that you can go in any of these directions at this point since you are dictating to the vendor what you "will do" rather than returning the items as directed. It seems to me that the vendor has offered you a means of resolution but you are still "stomping around."
 
You placed your order 12/11/07, and Alberts offer to refund in the email was 12/13 and 12/14. If you were not happy, you should have taken the offer then. Not only did you not, you actually stated this on 12/15

You can't expect Aquacave, nor any other company, to refund you because you changed your mind 2 1/2 months later. I don't care what the reason is- you had your chance to return for a refund.

The offer he is giving now is decent, alot more than you would receive at other companies- but you still give horsecrap reasons for not accepting it. Accept the offer already and quit your whining.

As far as others responding- what did you expect to happen when you posted in a public forum?
 
WOW, you have issues. Why would Aquacave even respond to you at this point? What must you be like in real life? This isnt their fault, its yours, and it really looks like they tried to do everything they could to make you happy but you keep asking for more and more. You are full hate :( I feel pity for you.
 
what does AG stand for? And how do I contact them?

Anyway, I do agree with fireman on one point he has made... that is that this post is getting pointless. They don't wish to do a thing about my situation. I was responding to his last post but see its repetative to what he had already said befor.
 
Ya know what...this thread oughta just be shut down. We have a vendor who has done what a vendor should do to try and make this guy happy but Brittlestar only wants to rant and dictate how the world should be.
I applaud you Albert for remaining calm throughout this thread.
