The November meeting is scheduled to be back in Murfreesboro as part of the new "Fins & Fur" Grand Opening. The meeting will be November 15th at 6pm they are located at the corner of Medical Center Parkway and Thompson lane, next to the AT&T Store. This is just about a mile off the interstate.
 
stopped by today. looks like they have all the tanks all setup but they are not ready to open. I got a feeling next week they will be open. CANT WAIT!
 
COuld not tell you the address, but they are located on the corner of Medical Center PKWY and Thompson Lane. GREAT LOCATION. right next to the AT&T store and the chop house. easiest way is from Nashville, take the Medical Center exit. exit 78 I think. go over the highway and past "the Avenue". they are on the right side at the corner of thompson and medical center.
 
I believe medical center pkwy is off exit 76, not 78. 78A is Franklin exit and 78B goes towards Stones River Mall and Old Fort Pkwy, etc etc.....

GRRR. Meeting on another home Titans game. Not that it matters. They can't seem to win.
 
yeah i give the titans credit for one thing.....if you are gonna bring the suck, bring it proper LOL

James, Have you joined the Army? I saw a post of yours stating just that! But have not heard anything about It on MTRC. What's up man, Not a bad thing to serve your Country as God knows It needs all the help It can get. Good luck If you have and God Speed return home safely from where ever you wind up.

yeah, been meaning to say something about it. trying to let all my close friends in on it before making a big public announcement since i have a friend or 2 that "lurk" here LOL

anywhoo, something i have been contemplating doing for several years. finally came to the decision that if i didn't do it now, i'd be too old to join & nothing concrete holding me in nashville, so i started the steps back in aug. i leave for basic training 8 feb. it's at ft jackson in SC & then off to ft gordon in augusta GA for my AIT

my MOS is satellite communications analyist. got a nice signing bonus & addl bonus for my college credit as well. also gave me me a jump in rank for my college, so i enter in as an E3. plan on finishing my degree while i'm in as well

joining the marines was a dream back when i was in high school. decided to finish college 1st so when i enlisted, i'd go in as an officer....then i never finished college & dropped the ball on joining the marines. now i'm waaaay past max age for the marines, so army was the only choice still avail for my age. that is why it has taken longer than usual to enlist....i had to do several more steps for the "over 40" enlistment (i turn 40 while in basic training LOL)

yeah, i had forgot about that LOL something to hold onto for the AIO i plan on getting setup once i get outta AIT & get settled in somewhere :D
 
Wish you the best James. Start running now and youll be better off my friend. Trust me been there and done that. Never forget people falling out of line puking their guts up. Of course that would slow all of us down we'd keep running till they were done then we'd have to make a big circle and go back and pick them up and keep running.
 
Back on topic again!...the SeaChem representative is scheduled to be at our November meeting and give a presentation to us. This is shaping up to be a real cool meeting!.
