Anyone know how large these can get in captivity? I picked one up about two weeks ago from Divers Den and it's doing great. It is already noticeably larger and I am space planning. Thanks.

They can max out at up to 2 feet from edge to edge.

I've had mine for a few years now. When I was feeding it multiple times a day, it grew quite a bit. I've scaled back, and have only fed it once a day, sometimes every other day, and it hasn't grown anymore. Hasn't shrunk either, but hasn't grown. I'm ok with that, as I really don't have any plans to put it in a bigger tank anytime soon.
