Thats what im talkin about.....they have those at seafood city in san jose. they also sell the concentrate at magat. comes in a water bottle type container and its real thick, you just mix it with water.

Fudge my gout acted up on me last week, pinkie swole up to almost the size of my thumb... I guess I deserved that for eating $60 worth of sushi...
 
Dang bro....why you always gotta post these ''lets make people hungry'' type of threads? :lol: but seriously, i think lifes too short....we should enjoy what we have.....especially to eat! haha! we should hook up sometime so i dont feel like the only one with 4 stacks of sushi plates! :lol:

on a serious note...sorry to hear about you gout acting up.....i know thats not fun to go through.

I'm actually going to ongpin for lunch today... my co-workers NON-Filipino BTW are craving for it... FUG... just after my Gout-attack tooo.... I guess its pork-sinigang for me with rice today.

Sorry to hear about your gout attack btw....I know the pain your going through. Your joints now have full of broken sharp crystals due to elavated uric acid...everytime you move, those sharp crystals are pinching, rubbing against your joint/joints that is being attack which causes excrutiating pain! I know this pain very well as it visits me quite often...like an old annoying friend that visits you unexpectedly...:smokin:

Im not too familiar with gout but ive heard a little of the symptoms.....does it only affect certain parts of the body or is it random?

Too bad I did not have the chance to go to Bob Marley's place(kingston)...three hours drive (Jamaican time) was too far from our hotel (Montego Bay).

But, there's always next time....:)

Just got back from lunch too, went to Westfield Mall (Valley Fair), had some fish and chips @ Ivar's....good but not as good as your lunch..:mad: :lol:
