o.t. dish or direct tv

I have had comcast, dish and direct tv. I have been with Direct for 3 years now and am very happy. I have moved each year from Texas to Chicago and found that when the installer sets up the dish the are only required to get 85% signal strength. If you leave it there then each time you get bad weather you will lose signal. So I have always gone out after they leave and made sure I was at 99-100%. By doing so I have only lost reception twice in 3 years. The key is to make sure it is setup right or you will have nothing but problems.

well like i mention to you already.
the equipment on Dish .failed twice once during the long holiday weekend so no tv. then they tryed to bill us after they replaced it.
Directv customer service is A+ in my opiinion..i'm sorry we had left directv {8yr}for dish it was the worst yr of our tv viewing...
glad to be bk.

Well I ordered direct tonight but it will not be installed till Tuesday grrr
