I know this thread is a couple of months old, but i checked bbb.org and Ocean Rider has an A+ rating? So maybe they have made some changes and are improving customer service.

There are peeps who love them and peeps who hate them. I doubt the reasons are anything that would make someone file a claim. IMHO, there are others who have always been consistently better in terms of service, livestock, and prices and they get my repeat biz (yes, I've bought from OR before).
