If your talking about Briun this was the first White shark caught this year by Reel Science Charters. Greg Metzger caught him. I drove the boat over to the Ocearch boat so Capt Brett Mcbride could bring him on to the platform of the Ocearch mother ship.
We were the first to catch one this year and the last to catch one last year. Last year we caught a White shark they named Manhattan. It was my first White shark!
Awesome experience! The Ocearch team was great to work with!
FYI, "Reel Science Charters" and "Long Island Shark Collaboration" will continue to tag these sharks for years to come.
Keep checking the tracker website. In a few months they (White shark YOY) should be down around the Carolina's.
