Ocellaris twitching and mouthing

One of my B&W Ocellaris is twitching a lot and pressing against the glass and rocks with its mouth, as if it's got something stuck in its throat, trying to get it out. I understand juvenile clowns will twitch in sexual selection rituals, but this is certianly different. Any ideas? I don't see any other outward signs of a problem with the fish.

I had a similar thing happen a couple of years ago when a Premnas had been pecking at a big bristleworm,, though I could clearly see one or two bristles sticking out of it's face.

Are the clowns still juveniles? If they've paired up, its possible the one might be cleaning a spot for eggs =) A day or two before a spawn, mine look like they're nibbling on the rock as they pick it clean to lay the eggs on.
