We will supply enough food to feed up to 80 people. We will be offering Beef Brisket, Pulled Pork, Smoked Chicken, Smoked Sausage, Hamburgers, Hot Dogs & Side Items.

They will allow us alcoholic beverages in moderation, which is BYOB.

Does anyone have the ability to post the meeting info on the home page of the MTRC web site where it says "upcoming events"? Some folks might catch the meeting info there that don't come to RC. Just a thought.

that whould be andy. And he is out of town for work, the past 2weeks. thats why i did the setup for thius meeting. and got it out to late its not the BOD fault its mine. Sorry

Also the Beehive Home & Garden is opening up for this time too, just incase wives or whomever want to shop other than reef stuff.

The Bee Hive is a Home & Garden store, they sell home decor & seasonal items for Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc. There are tons of candles, nick-nacks, furnature & antiques.
