October 2006 POTM --- Gone Fishing

I want to officially kick off the October POTM contest. This contest is going to be a little different. In particular, we are going to try a themed contest. And this month, the secret ingredient is.....

FISH!!

So start taking pics of your most comical, most beautiful, or just downright most sexy fish in your tank. Send them in as noted on the COMAS POTM page: http://reefshots.mycomas.com.

Looking forward to see what we get this month.

NOTE: Just to clarify, this contest will be any pic for which the focus of the picture is a fish. You can cheat and have a nice acro in the background. But make sure the fish is the emphasis. Or fishes.

So So Camera, not knowing how to really use it and fast moving fish. So far all I have is blurs and/or bad color.

Only if I could get something good when not in the Auto function. Mabey if I would just take the time to figure it all out.

Big test next week over industrial electronics, including componet lvl circut design, component specs, DC motor drives and how to build one, DC power supplies including building a zener rectifier.......Oh the equations.....What do you mean I have to remember them all? Why is there a pic of a blurry fish in this circut?

Ok, folks, we've got about 36 hours left before the deadline has passed. So far we have about 3-4 pics or so. Get some pics in!!!!! This is the last contest this year that will go into the 2007 COMAS Calendar.

Yeah yeah, I am a super slacker... That's a bi-product of travelling and only being home in Ardmore with the family on the weekends.
