Odontodactylus scyllarus lighting question

i have a led light that isnt anything special over my peacocks tank. very small leds that have the ability to switch colors. i can choose from white red blue yellow and the common colors they make in the color wheel.

my question is do you think i would get more activity from my tank using any one of these colors instead of white?

like maybe red may be easier on his eyes and would coerce him to come out more.

Blue would be the color that would be most natural. Dim it way down or turn it off when you're not viewing the tank.

As far as coercing him to come out, that takes time. Don't expect a lot of interaction for a couple weeks. Also, if your mantis is missing raptorial appendages, it's likely he'll be a little more timid while they're growing back.
