I will be updating the Booth / table allocations this weekend. Thanks to those of you who are participating!
We've had alot of tables sell in the last week or so. Should be a full house! We even have a national traveling vendor that has a booth at MACNA this year, that has a few tables at our swap.

My notes from the meeting show that we have you down for unloading the tables off the truck, setting them up, taking them down and loading the truck afterwards. We also have you listed as filling all the tanks for vendors with saltwater, mopping the floor afterwards, helping vendors load and unload their cars and trucks, and lastly, spending the night at the agricenter staying up all night to guard the vendors supplies as well as maintain their tank temps. We greatly appreciate you doing all this for us.

Excellent! I especially like the "guarding the vendor supplies" part.....just ignore any new ebay listings that night on any coincedental matching items from any "lost or missing inventory".....or any items that show up near any LFS in the boothill of Missouri (known for shaky characters)...and I will require Jon to be on hand to fire up some tasty treats during my vigil.....

Doors open for DISPLAYING VENDORS and SPONSORS only:
Set-Up Times:
Friday Sept 21st: Noon to 5PM Central Time. Doors locked at 5PM per the AgriCenter Contract.
Saturday Sept 22nd (Day of Show): 8AM
The Show opens to the public at 10AM and runs till 4PM.
Knock down immediately thereafter. Doors locked at 7PM; no exceptions per the landlord: The AgriCenter.
Kindly Note:
In the spirit fair dealing and on behalf of our Members attending the Show, NO BUSINESS should be transacted (at the Agricenter) between the vendors PRIOR to the Frag Swap opening at 10AM. Anyone choosing to violate this condition may be sanctioned from future Frag Swaps. (Exceptions will include any previous arrangements posted on Reef Central, which are encouraged.)
Your cooperation is greatly appreciated!
