in a 72x24x21, 155 gallon?

I currently have:

Yellow Fin Flasher, Paracheilinus flavianalus

McCosker's Flasher, Paracheilinus mcoskeri

Velvet Multicolor Fairy, Cirrhilabrus luteovittitus

In QT

Christmas Wrasse, Halichoerus claudia

Blue Headed Fairy, Cirrhilabrus cyanopleura

Others I'm interested in:

Halchoerus leucurus or the Vrolik's color variation of melanurus.

Cirrhilabrus aurantidorsalis, Orange back fairy

Cirrhilabrus exquisitus (pair)

Maybe one more flasher?

Other tank mates: Pair of black ocellaris, firefish, Royal Gramma

It's more so of a case of what wrasses are compatible, than it is numbers...

Check for compatibility first. That may answer the question of how many...

Hope this helps, and best of luck...

I'd be comfortable with all of that in a 155, but that'd be it; no more. The only potential conflict is with C. cyanopleura and C. aurantidorsalis, but I don't suspect it would be a serious one.

Correct.

That velvet is a pretty aggressive fairy. Might have issues with him.
Nah, C. luteovittatus is quite mild IME. It's C. rubrisquamis that's trouble; the other "velvet" one.

Thanks guys. I was kind of wondering because the two flashers are smaller than him and he is low man on the totem pole so far.

Think I will ditch the orange back unless I can't find an exquisite pair.

When you say that is all are you referring to wrasse or any other fish? Just so I'm sure I understand.

Thanks again!

Here's my wrasse list.

Add them correctly or add least use acclimation boxes.

I found this fish to be very aggressive. I tried it twice. Both times it had to be removed for taking bites out out anthias tails.
Perhaps your anthias were hecklers? :spin2:

Interesting however, and amongst the handful of bad encounters I've heard of with the species. Were both attempts female by any chance?

Actually both very nice looking males. To be honest, a search on this forum comes up with experiences like mine. Too bad, such an attractive fish.
