Ok to do water change after anemone split?

Was about to do a water change tonight but just realized my anemone split. Is it ok to go ahead and change the water or should i wait a couple days to let it heal up a bit?

If new SW is the same pH, temperature, and salinity, it's bound to do more good than anything.

If your NSW params are off it's likely to tick it off so it splits again. I say go for it.
