Hi all,

I have a 450 Gallon tank and i have 2 clown fish who laid eggs few weeks ago and they hatched one night last week and became fish food. Now, I watched them lay more eggs last night.

Is it worth setting up a breeding tank to sell them when they hatch or is it just to much to go through?

any feedback?

You have to raise them and it's super hard. I tried but they all died. You would have to spend $100 on a fry setup and rotifers to feed them, and for me it's just too much work.

I don't want all that extra work then they die.

They aren't necessarily going to die, but it's definitely a possibility. That's what happened to me.

I dont belive it's that hard to raise clownfish larva, I got 50+ healthy clowns on my very first attempt. Research it before you jump into it and you'll be fine.
