One more fish?

Looking at adding one more fish to my 125. Either a LyretailAnthias or a Tomini Tang. My lfs has the lyretail and local Petco has the tang. The tang is small and not eating well but training isn't a problem for me right now since I'm currently training a lionfish I just acquired(going well). It is a reef tank with lots of rock. Other fish are 4x Colombian shark cats, 2x Moonies, bi-color blenny, banded sleeper goby, Peppermint shrimp and lots of snails.

The lion is an antennata juvie(2")and is in qt.

For those who don't know(which seems to be everyone on this forum)
I will briefly explain Colombian sharks, they are a schooling catfish that lives in brackish waters primarily but migrate to the ocean at adulthood. They are also called silver sharks, cat sharks, Jordans catfish and black tip cat shark. They typically get 12-14" in aquaria if properly taken care of.

I would not go for the tang, petco as a whole has terrible fish health and lots of disease, that and tangs are not very hardy from the get-go. The 4 sharks will put quite a bio-load into the tank themselves. These along with the lionfish have the likelihood to eat the blenny and far less likely the goby, as they are a larger, fuller bodied fish when full grown. Keep in mind the sharks and lion will generally grow much faster. I also think the anthias would end up as food and it should be noted anthias must be fed no less than 2 times a day to sustain them. No question the peppermints will be eaten at some point. Lastly, I have no clue what a "moonie" is. Sorry if i'm coming across as harsh but I am truly trying to help you succeed.
 
Moony are also known as Mono's or Fingerfish. The sharks show no interest in the blenny as lunch and shrimp. I know the lion may eat it once its put in(the last one showed no interest) I'm okay with that.

My Petco actually has decent care of the fish. So would it be worth getting a tang from anywhere?
 
I guess I should mention what my filtration is. Proflex 4 sump with 2x Mj 4500 return pumps set up with a 7" sandbed fuge with chaeto amd rubble. Reef octopus bio pellet reactor and reef octopus nwb150 skimmer. I also have about 100lbs of rock and 120 of sand in the dt.

My sharks are just about full grown so is the blenny. The monos are about half way full grown(they take a long time to grow) and the goby is a mere 3". So that being said does anyone have an opinion good or bad as far as adding another fish after the lion?

I believe that I will have the room for somthing in the 5-6" range with at most a medium bioload. Which is why I picked the tang, plus you gotta love the character of those fish.
 
It's not a volations its an antennata, like I stated in post #1 and its only 2" right now. Besides the fact that that goby gets 6" and is very broad.
 
I think you have the room for those two more fish, since the P. antennata and the tang stay moderate sized. However, if the sharks truly reach 12", you may need to thin out the population some. You have a very interesting mix in your tank! Any chance you could post a FTS? If you want the tang, and it's in fair shape, and you will QT, I'd say go for it.
 
Thanks for the response Lisa. I've been contemplating selling the smallest of the sharks actually. I'll look at the tang tomorrow after work if Its still there. I appreciate the feedback guys and girls:)
 
Thanks! Yeah, because of the sharks(my favorite fish) I basically stumbled into reef keeping. But I'm glad I did.:)

I've had them for over two years and I got them when they were only 2" and now they are almost 12"!
