We have had this Carpet for about 3 months, it seemed very healthy upon purchase, and has seemed awsome, and then all of a sudden today it does this......
Its been feeding very well on silversides and mysis that the Clarki brings it. The water tests out fine, Salinity is 1.025, PH is 8.4, 0 Ammo, 0 Nitrites, 0 Nitrates....everything has been beautiful for months, below is what it has always looked like, its grown almost twice its size in the few months we have had it under 250w 14k metal halide. I just have never seen it do this before, is it Good, Bad, Normal? Is this a sign of it dying? If its normal, why do they do it?
