ORA Green Planet Acro

See now I thought red planet was another one they lost and I didn't see that bad boy on the list either and they always offered it

It might look cool when all grown out but as coral collector im tired of green :) Can someone please tell ORA to stop using those thick plastic plugs too. Cant stand them LMAO

Too bad about their colony troubles. My research concurs with Gary's. High K / dimmer lighting turns RP green around here too. :)

Don't want to side track this thread, but my ORA Red Planet is under ATI Blue Plus T5 and 150 watt Radium's. Not sure you can get much higher kelvin so maybe it's more the amount of light.

and if you pause the video at 21 to 23 seconds you get a decent look at the top of the colony even if it is a little over saturated . . .

I own a "ORA Green Planet" and its more yellow than green ..

I wonder how that will change, once it grows out.

As a side note, following the color changing topic of the Red Planet, I wonder what affect higher kelvin would have on the Green Planet.

Looks good but I'm with the other poster as Im tired of green LOL.. I would buy one at $35 though. Most Ora stuff in Cali is top dollar unless it's from a fellow reefer.

Green Planets directly from ORA yesterday, under 400w Radium MH and the coloring in the pic is pretty accurate on how it actually looks
