ORA pearlberry

LA had two pearlberrys in the divers den last night, I picked up one of them. The other is still there.

I posted this same picture in the other fourm too....
Came in in my last ORA shipment about 2 weeks ago it's in the ZEOvit tank. (Yes, it's a 100% ZEOvit.) It is under moderate flow and lighting it's in a 120 48x24x24 with 2x 400w Radiums and 4x 110w VHO supplements. 2x Actinic White and 2x Super Actinic (URI brand) The Pearlberry is exactly in the middle of the tank height wise.

I got one from LA but it was in the divers den, there were only two and I got one of them. The other is still there. I'm guessing whenever they get these new ORA frags they will be in divers den and not the main coral section.

WOW liveaquaria is wayyyyyyy overpriced on the pearlberry.our LFS sells them for $60 not $90.i would suggest you try to find them at your LFS before ordering them online.

I'm so bummed I put mine into way too high of light way too fast and light shocked it pretty badly. The tips burnt pretty bad and the coral lightened up noticeably. There is still plenty of tissue and healthy coral left but the tips took a beating. The parts that are in the shade look great and it's encrusting nicely , though lol. I hope it pulls through. The frag I took for my buddy when I got it looks great though, so that's a plus.

I paid $40 out the door for my pearly berry at my LFS. I think they had it on the wrong rack and I came in at the right time when they were rearranging things.

Hi moo0o, I got it from ultimate aquarium in San Mateo. Call them first to check. According to the owner LFS can only get 1 each of the new edition corals from ORA per shipment.

I guess I got lucky. My ORA dealer wanted $90 bucks for his. But he traded me even up for 3 zoa colonies, so I'm feelin' pretty good!
