Be careful with Live Aquaria. About 2 weeks ago I ordered an ORA black clown, a sunburst anthias, and a WYSIWYG clam. The clam arrived loose in the bag, unattached and banging around against a rubble rock. The anthias came in with ripped fins and promptly died. The clown, which a paid an extra $15 in shipping for because it came from ORA directly, came in with ich and brooklynella - which then spread to and killed my other clowns (a davinci clown and a picasso/snowflake). I know I should have quarantined, but thats why I spent more than double what I would normally pay - because their stuff used to come in without any trace of disease, eating well, and readily adapted to captivity. A neighbor of mine placed an order with them about 2 days after I did, and the boxes were all leaking water. UPS left a trail of water from the sidewalk to the front door bringing the boxes up. I am saddened as they used to be well above the rest. Although my experiences may be limited, I know that these issues have come up just recently as they were sold to corporation PetCo. They did refund my money on the lost fish, but I'm still out the shipping charges and the cost of my other fish that died as a result (well over $200 worth). Use caution and good judgement, always quarantine.
