Orange Shoulder Tang?

Would a 135 gal aquarium be large enough for a Orange Shoulder Tang? According to Scott W. Michael's book, Marine Fishes, it is, but I thought I'd double check on RC just incase. Anyone have any experience with this fish?

No I wouldn't keep any Naso's in that size tank. I would look into a smaller ancanthurus tangs. Orange shoulders get huge and heavy bodied and swim like mad. Someone on these forums that post frequently has a beautiful adult specimen and hopefully he will respond. Tim

^orange shoulders are acantharus, just one of the bigger ones. but I do agree, they need more space than a 6 ft tank can afford when they get bigger.

Whould a 270 gal tank work (72" x 36" x 24")?

sure that would plenty of room. I stand corrected it is ancanthurus, I always mess that one up. Tim
