orchid dottyback whiskers

Heylo there. Just got a pair of orchids and today I noticed the male has what appears to be whiskers on his lower jaw. Is this normal, some sort of fungus, or maybe From a bristle worm?

I've had a few OD pairs, none have had wiskers, so its gotta be something he ate!

You're going to love their interaction. They use all the rockwork in the tank. They're awesome to watch!
