Can someone check on this please? I ordered on 1/4 and it's been five days and I don't even have a tracking number yet. What's the deal?

Thank you for your order with us. I tracked your order and it looks like it was delivered this afternoon. I apologize if you didn't receive the tracking information for your order, but i do see one being sent to the email address we have on file.
Please verify receipt of your order, if not we can have the shipper investigate its whereabouts.

Yeah it's here! I just got your order shipped email this morning though and before that I had went online to my account and it didn't have any tracking info.
