Order from Premium Aquatics

Last week placed an order from Premium Aquatics and they sent the confirmation. Then E-Mail them asking for the status, but they don't answer.

Does this happen every time ?

Any experiences good or bad with them ?

if you said that you didnt hear back from them within 24hrs Iwould be shocked! that is how good their reputation is on every board on the net. they are known for excellent CS. I would sooner beleive that the email went to the wrong place then beleive that Jason didn't repsond.

First I was replying to the wrong E-Mail. Later went to the web site and E-Mailed to the correct one. Still no answer. :(

I always get a email with the shipping status within 12 hrs of my order. Did you get that email?

I have never had bad service from PA. IMO you will NEVER go wrong ordering from them.
 
I Know this is strange. I placed the order because I've heard very good things about them. I hope the same happen to me :(

Well maybe is better to give them a call, and not an issue of this. I was trying not to call because I don't speak english very well :)

I will email them with a link to this thread. I understand how you feel about not speaking english well and how that can cause problems. I spent a year in Korea and felt the same way at time when shopping outside the areas all the other americans allways go.

Hi Rafa,

It's jason from Premium Aquatics. I'm at home, so can't look up your order, but your name sounds familar. You had an order with US Priority Mail correct? If so, it should be on the way. We do email everyone within 24 hours. If it was a shipping status, i would forward to our shipping dept. then they would answer, so that could make the wait a little longer, but not much.

We have had many problems with our email though. When we moved a couple months ago we lost our DSL line and using a dial up MSN connection right now. MSN mail server bounces 20% of my emails or delays them. So sometimes people are getting my mail late or it bounces back and i have to forward from AOL, so that might be the delay.

If there was any problem with your order, billing, stock, etc we would of called you so should be okay. Feel free to send me another email with your full name to sales@premiumaquatics.com and i can look up saturday.

I only wanted to know the status, and if everything it's OK. I'll E-Mail you my complete name and info, so you can check the order. Don't worry I know that you are the best online store, and that maybe something was happening with the mail.

no problem! when something doesnt make sense to me I like to find out whats up. PA and poor customer service is just one of those things. ;) (unless Jason sells his store to petsmart or some other nationwide superstore) :D
