I made an order on 7-18-08 with the Tunze web site and was wondering what the status was. The order number is 1077308686849942 am 18.07.2008

Jerry,

I am very sorry, it appears that we mailed this order by USPS 1st class on July 19, 2008. Unfortunately, at this time we don't have the best record keeping for these small parts orders that are sent by mail so I have no definite confirmation, only that it was invoiced on this date. In the next months we are upgrading to a more comprehensive database that should solve a lot of these problems. I will resend the order or refund it if you let me know.

I think something got screwed up on our end, I show that we invoiced but we never emailed the factory to confirm we shipped, I don't know for sure that they were shipped. I will send them tomorrow and we will use UPS to be sure. Again, my apologies.

I haven't had to use Tunze warranty or customer service. But I can tell you that's why I bought tunze in the first place... Way to make things right Tunze!
