Order?

Howdy, just wondering if you got a order I placed earlier today for a AquaMedic 20K 250 DE Ocean Light Pendant, AquaC Remora HOT Skimmer w/MJ1200 pump, and a Rio Seio M820 Pump 820gph under the name of Cindy Burtis. I'm wondering because there never was an option to pay for it (well mom pay for it) with paypal. Just a choice of what payment I would be useing. Or do you guys send something later to pay for it? Or did I miss something? My first time both ordering from you guys and ordering something online for my tank so this is all a little new for me! Any help you can provide is greatly appreciated!

Hi,

I searched our orders and didn't see any listed under the name above. Sounds like you didn't finish checkout or there was a web error. YOu should get a screen that ask you to select payment, credit card or paypal and then it finishes checkout from there.

Did you get a confirmation email or web order #? I didn't see the order come through under the name Burtis, unless you used another name?

This email confirms that you have paid Premium Aquatics $496.11 USD using
PayPal.


Then gives the Payment details, Business Information, confirmed address...

oh yeah under payment details it gives Transaction ID, Total, Item Title: Order Number, and Item Number.
