In evaluating online fish "stores" always start with the guarantee as it tells you a lot about the vendors philosophy. Are all animals guaranteed for at least 14 days? Refund or store credit? If store credit, time line for using it? Policies associated with mortality.

They are very hit and miss... Everyone says LA/DD and for good reason. I would add NYAquatics to the list. Michael finds fish I'm looking for and won't ship out if weather is bad (past two days) this will be the 8th time I have received fish from him.
