Ordering online

Does anyone out there have any suggestions as to whom I can order reasonably priced invertebrates, snails, macro algae and sea whips from, that is reliable. My last experience did not go well having 3 out of five frags arrive liquified. I have almost 60$ credit at that particular online store, but honestly? I don't want to buy from them again. 60$ then to spend almost as much on shipping? It just isn't worth it to me.
So anyhow, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm specifically looking for tuxedo urchins, starfish, feather dusters, purple sea whips, macro algae in many colors and types, gorgonians, and mushrooms.

What "particular online store"? Knowing about bad experiences and how they are resolved is the reason I join forums like this.

If you've already got credit with said store and they are trying to make it right, what do you have to lose by using them again?

Do you live somewhere that takes longer to ship to? Out in a rural area somewhere?

I'm not trying to be a skeptic, I've never ordered livestock online before so I'm interested in the answer myself.

LiveAquaria has a "Build your own" clean up crew package with free shipping at 75$ minimum order. It features snails, starfish, urchins, crabs, cucumbers, shrimp, etc., along with their 2 weeks guaranty.

I just did bought with vivid aquarium and it was nice and easy. I have also bought off cultivated reef and had a great experience as well.

Just something to keep in mind around the holidays is an iffy time to order livestock online, also always wise to check weather patterns.

Reef Cleaners and LA are both great sources. I would wait until after New Year as shipping is quite iffy now. I have computer parts that I had ordered for a client last Thursday that may not be here until the Monday after Christmas. Also keep an eye on the weather.

"Ditto" regarding ordering online during the holidays

Highly recommend "KP Aquatics" for some of your inverts and especially gorgonians  Kara and Philip down in the Florida Keys are AWESOME

Suggest too that everybody watch the weather and do not order in advance of a major national blizzard which can screw up airline schedules or leave trucks sitting in a snowbank. Same applies to heatwaves in summer. Even well-packed specimens may not survive unusual conditions.

I have at least 40 bucks to lose. If I bought 60 bucks in stock, then had to pay shipping that's a loss. Im not going to get nothing work a damn for 20 bucks. Plus if you order less than 100 dollars they tack on an extra 10.00 for shipping. So in reality, I'd have 10 to spend on a frag. An let's face it, that would get me no where.

Yes, and I really want to order from them but they are almost always "out of stock on" 80% of anything I have any interest in.

Correction, Live Aquaria is not the place where everything I want is not available. It's just their prices are significantly higher than my local store. Was hoping to be able to get what I want cheaper.
