I was wondering what size the tubing was for the return from the pump. Then is a bulkhead into my sump the best way to go? And if so where do I find this bulkhead?
The tubing is 4/7mm and is just clamped onto the top rim of the aquarium. In general pumping to the sump is a very bad idea as the sump will be in most cases below the reservoir and then nothing will prevent the entire reservoir from siphoning into the sump- no bulkheads are required or recommended.

Thank you, Roger, I thought my sensor malfunctioned when on 2 occasions sump water lever was way too high. It must have siphoned. Good thing I didn't cut the tubing; I'll move it to the tank (5 ft head) tonight.
That's why I'm in this forum today, researching osmolator "problems".
