Hello - I have an Osmolator installed in July - it failed over the weekend. I found that the feed hose had separated from the pump body but was still submerged in the top-off constainer. The control unit shows Green light if I manually put enough RO into the tank, when the level drops no Yellow light nor pumping, then as the water level drops further the Red light comes on.
I tried unplugging it, shaking air out of the pump, no improvement. Does it need a replacement pump? Any help would be appreciated
