Osmolator nano just stopped

Only had this osmolator for 3 months. Worked flawlessly. Came down this morning to the sound of low sump.switched off power to it, checked pump connection, ok. Cleaned sensors, ok. Still not functioning. No start up pulse, nothing. I applied 9v to pump leads and nothing happened.
What's next?

Whilst waiting on an answer I ordered another unit. I hate topping off manually...
Date on pump is 201403 btw.
