Osmolator Questions

I am looking for a new dosing pump and I have a few questions about the osmolator 3155.
First, according to the descriptions I have seen the pump pumps 52 l/h at .9m. This seems a little fast to feed a kalk reactor. What is the actual flow from the osmolator? Does the pump just come on for rapid short bursts each time the sensors tell it to?

Second, how far can the pump be from the sensors? How long are the wires? My fresh water tank is on the other side of a doorway from my sump the the wires and plumbing would need to go over the door way.

You have 7 ft of wire from the pump to the brain and 7ft from the brain to the sensors. The pump only is on for brief bursts as the water level drops away from the sensor, it generally runs for no more than 20seconds and you can play with the voltage a bit to adjust flow, it pumps more at 12V than at 9V. A load like a Kalkwasser reactor does impeded flow but I have never done this outside of our dispenser and cannot say exactly how well it would work.

The system will run on 9v or 12v. The transformer is switchable between these two voltages- 9v is generally preferred as the pump lasts longer but if you need more power you can go to 12.
