Osmolator/water sensor problem

Roger, my Osmolater arrived last April, 2003 and has been working fine without incident since ... until now. I think the water level sensor has gone bad. Is it possible just to get the water level sensor replaced, or do I have to purchase a whole new unit?

It is possible to replace the sensor. First try soaking the sensor in vinegar for an hour. If this doesn't fix it, send it in and I will get it repaired or replaced.
