Post up some of ya'lls little experiences with stuff like this.

Never paid much attention to the 52,000 previous bags of ice, but for some reason this one caught my eye.

Are we really that goofy???

Well in my 26 years, I've met a few of us "human beings" that I swear had fewer brain cells than most single celled life forms, so yes, people are that dense. It's like the "caution: HOT!" on a cup of coffee, well jeez, I just used boiling water to brew it, I suspect it should be iiice cold, der dee der  and trust me the directions don't always help, I'm sure that ice manufacturer has had a call or two in the last month that went something like this "Hi, thank you for calling *insert ice name here*, how may I direct your call?" caller:"I bought a bag of ice today and left it in the car while I ran some errands, and when I got back someone had stolen my ice right out of the bag and replaced it with a puddle of water!"

Mark, I think warnings like that are to keep idiots from filing a suit, claiming mental anguish, because their ice has melted or formed one large block, just before the big party. :(

Anyone ever heard of tort reform?

people are idiots and are looking to file a lawsuit becuase of their stupidity. so people have to put obvious warnings on products. mcdonolds is now serving ice coffee, isn't that ironic. i can't wait till someone sues mcdonolds cause they got a icecream head ache.

cigarettes will kill you

coffee is hot

bleach is not drinkable

it does not smell good under water

As Mike would say - now that's funny. I don't care who you are!

BTW - where is Mike?

i agree with the law suit thing. Who would have though coffee wasnt hot, but that lady won her suit against mcdonalds for spilling her coffee on herself.

Wondering the same thing....I hope it's not because he got a position in the club now.

Mike.....

My husband and I stayed in an older motel room many years ago and they had directions on the phone explaining how to use it...It started with first pick up hand set on top of phone

I asked the same of Mike, he said he has been on the road for his company and may be for awhile longer.

people are idiots

My favorite quote...

"A person is smart. People are dumb, panicky dangerous animals."

I blame those labels that totally go against Darwin's theory of natural selection.

I don't think they should warn people not to blow dry their hair in the tub... I mean, really, look who they are saving here.

Let them sit in their running vehicle with the garage door closed!
Let them heat up their bath water with an iron!
Let them use a noodle as a life saving device!!
Drink the nail polish remover!
Take as many acetaminophen as you think you need!

I say, "Out with the warning labels, and purge the planet!!"

But that's just me.
:D

I bought a curling iron with a warning not to use it to curl eyelashes. It said it could damage the eye! Can you imagine?

You coulda cooled the burn with muratic acid.

Unless of course, there's a warning label.

But I guess it's to late now and you have no way of reading this advice, lol!
