Nice collection man, Im still looking for some big ones like I found a few years ago. The fire cracker was just a little bigger then a pop can. I would guess it was larger then a stick of dynamite. Talk about BOOOOOM.

yeah, me to but something about the power in something that big is kind of exciting. The fuse was probably 2 feet long. not the kind of cracker where you'd lose a hand or arm, you'd probably end up a splat.

living in ohio, noise is an issue for some people i guess. i miss living in FL where it's legal

yeah, I don't shoot fireworks off much anymore, been a few years. A couple cities around here put on good shows though. Elyria has a really nice show. Probably one of the best I've seen. Cascade park is where they launch from.

you know fireworks are pretty and all that but I really really dislike it when people are setting off the HUGE ones like public displays have literally IN MY BACK YARD. Our houses are very close together here and seriously its not only dangerous but its inconsiderate to. Two of our dogs are absolutely terrified of the sounds they make. I wish people really thought about what they are doing before they put on their own "public" display or everyone in their neighborhoods.

I knew some folks who use to live out in the country on several acres and they would put on a HUGE production every year it was pretty cool but they lived far enough out that it wasnt really disrupting an entire neighborhood of folks either :-s

We'll be spending the 4th in Siesta Key. Last time we went it was insane. The stuff people brought to the beach was almost better than the public display.
