OT broken shipment on ebay

My wife ordered a nice stain glass window. Unfortunately broke on shipping. How long do you have to notify paypal if the shipper does not get back to us?

I believe you have 60 days, but I could be wrong.
If you don't get a response file a claim and paypal will act as a mediator and all communication is documented with them. If no resolution is agreed upon with buyer\seller, you have the option of escalating it to let them decide the outcome. Hope this helps.
 
Have you filed a claim with the shipping company? If it was shipped correctly, it may be your only recourse.
 
There is a way to file a claim with ebay. Just call them and they will walk you through the process. Or you can find it in the customer service section of eBay and is pretty easy to get started. I think they then give the seller 30 days to respond then you can escalate it yourslef. In most cases if the seller doesn't respond, you should get your money back.
 
Seller had shipping insurance on it (there is a sticker). I will contact the post office in the morning and see what they say. Did notice a small red sticker on the box that said "received in bad condition"
