From the corner of Union road & first street (hwy 57) go west 7 miles. Turn right at top of hill. It is about 2 miles to town from there. Go accross RR Tracks & take first left. 4 blocks down on the right hand side. Only house on that side of the street in that block.

If you were selling in the Iowa City area I would offer cash right now. Housing is so expensive here When I first read it I thought it was Cedar Rapids not Cedar Falls and I got a little excited.
