if she had show up to her court appointment to have the restraining order put in place maybe this wouldnt have happened. this guys a piece of trash. the mother isnt much better to put her child in that type of environment. the prosecuter supposedly said that they were going to go after the death penalty but we all know how that goes. the jack hole will be out in 8-10 yrs beating someone elses daughter. id cut the fingers off of someone that ever layed a hand on my daughter.

She should have shown up but I doubt it would have helped. He had broken just about every other law on the books. A piece of paper is not going to stop someone from doing something if they're really intent on it. lol, I like the ideas for punishments mentioned here.

The sad thing is he will probably get away with it and it will happen again to someone elses baby. He needs to be executed so other people know what happens when you do something like this.

TAMIke, alot of times when I hear these really messed up stories, I think, please don't be in Tampa. If it's not Tampa, it's usually somehwre else in Florida. Crime seems to be getting worse.

Restraining orders are not force fields
It's just a piece of paper. How many people have been killed by the person on the restraining order?

I remember, when I was a kid, i saw Ted Bundy's cooked head on the news, right after they gave him the electric chair.
I think that's the right way to go with this dude too.

Although, If he does go shark fishing, with no hooks, he could become part of a reef.
