Take him to one of those black babershops that does the flame styling where they burn the hair off a little at a time. tell him if he won't sit still this is where his next haircut will be!!!

I have 4 kids, 2 boys, 2 girls. I am happy to say I never had this particular problem. I'd give them a lollypop and they were great. I'd bring a spare in case we got hair on it, yuck. Good luck.

I believe it's called Cool Cuts. We have one up in Algonquin I think.
We have a 4 yr old and he loves the place.
