OT - Lets all sit back and enjoy a good smoke

Christina also got me a sweet smoking gift this year...another excuse to cook something!!!

Looks awesome! I'm planning on having a large party in the spring. Want to feed maybe 100 people. Probably going to get it halfway catered but I really want to get a smoker and do a bunch of ribs and maybe pulled pork, some other meats myself. Would this smoker be able to do a ton of ribs? Looks like there is plenty of room in there.

Yup and has room for another rack available from their website which will hold tons of meat throughout. It has different heat zones so you can rotate as needed for that perfect doneness. So far really love this beast, and everything tastes clean and fired over hard wood.
 
I've been told if you smoke a brisket and have it come out juicy and point/flat are done then you're doing ok with BBQ.

Well...time to bring 2016 in hopefully tasting good!! 16 pounder!!!
