Overnight smoke started at midnight...wanted to give extra time due to 10 degree weather but the traeger pellet kicked butt and kept about the same cook time as it always does.

21lbs or pork for my Goddaughters 1 year birthday!!!

Funny enough, we just picked up a Masterbuilt 30" electric smoker over Christmas, at least every other weekend something is smoking on that. It really is set it and forget it.

I might look into that Tappeque app, but its such a good excuse to sneak away from whatever's going on.

"Sorry dear, need to go check the smoker". Especially in the winter, keep a couple beers in the snow, life is good
