OT-New Busch Stadium

It's called return on investment.

They invest so much in a player based on how much they believe they will get in return. Whether it be a championship or a superstar that attracts more crowds thus creating more revenue.

Not really BS.

Would you pay $5 if you were going to get $10 later? It's how people make money.

You pay Chad with your time and (hopefully) he reimburses your time with money.

Everything is a trade-off in life.

If you have the money for the up-close seats, then the service is pretty darn good, but for the average attendee, the service is just terrible. I literally have to pop a couple extra blood pressure pills and valiums just to tolerate the idiots that work behind the counters there...I mean give me a break!!! Where do they get these zombies from???

The concession service was lacking in the field boxes as well.

There's an interesting section on KSDK's website asking to give your thoughts on the new Busch Stadium. Overall the comments seemed to be negative. People seemed to be "underwhelmed" by the new redbird nest. That's really too bad, was pretty exciting watching it go up. I drive by it every day to and from work, so have gotten to watch it from its beginnings. Alot of complaints about the seat angles and visibility. I thought this place was supposed to have been built to be really open and have wonderful visibility for the fans? Going by what was written there, this is really a bummer.
