This past 4th of July a few friends and I went to this Safari place close to where I live. Pretty cool stuff to photograph so close to home. Oops, I didn't realize that they were not "web" sized. Sorry about that.

I was pretty sure one of these guys was going to spit at me. We were about 5 feet away from them and one of them was uninterested in the hay and glaring at us the whole time.

We got really close to the rhinos too.

Probably the nicest photo I got in terms of framing.

Those rhino pics are TACK sharp at the focal point. Great set.
I'm planning on going to one of those not too far from me here in VA towards the end of the summer. Just waiting on finishing my suzuki samurai so I can roll through there topless and doorless.

Thanks guys! Sorry again for the full sized pics. I almost never look at stuff at 100% crop, but you are right the rhino pics are incredibly sharp. Those were taken with the 35L while most of the others were taken with the 70-200 f/2.8L IS.

Wow you got to see a TON of cool animals!! I love the emo rhino . How big is this place?

It's about 10000 acres.

Here are a few smaller sized shots from the trip.
These giraffes were stalking the bus after we passed them.

The sunset pic I put in the other thread was from this trip also.
