he died loving what he did. which is a lot more than most of us can say. thoughts and prayers to his family and friends. its a sad day.

Bummer! I use to watch his shows a few years ago. Guy is a little nuts on what he did for a living. I would have never thought a stingray would have gotten him though.

yeah its too bad, I think its like watching stuntmen and stuff, they tell you how deadly of an occupation it is, but they are so good at it you kind of dont really think its that dangerous till they die then you realise, "yeah it is a highly dangerous job" you know?
BTW the article stated that the rays can have a stinging spine up to 10" long! that would be able to pierce deep inside to any vital organ.
