OT: Why does Fla BBQ suck soo bad?

i know its not in tampa,but if you want good bbq then you need to go where the bullets fly,south st pete and hit BIG TIMS BBQ baby.the place is so good,a friend of mines father from new york went there just to get 5 gallons of sauce to bring back to new york.

Growing up I lived right around the corner of some of Pat's family in Land O' Lakes when they were perfecting their sauce!! They would hold neighborhood cookouts everytime they had a new recipe and let me tell you...that was some good cookin!! Me and my family have a bottle in the fridge at all times. I didn't think anyone else knew about.

Pat's is some real good stuff....I really think it represents our style of BBQ here in FL quite well. Mike, I work at the S.B.'s in Lakeland off of exit 32, Hwy 98 North, only about 15 minutes away from Nolans which is on 92/ Memorial. Make sure and ask for me when you come in...

When I lived in Tierra Verde I "hated" this place. Every time you drive up 34th you could smell it blocks away and it basicly forced you to eat there! good stuff

All this BBQ talk made me hungry, so...Diane and I went to Smokey Bones last night...a couple Sam Adams...the appetizer variety plate...a full rack of baby back ribs...green beans...brocolli...oh it's hurts so good!!!
