  • Pyramid Curveball***
  • Pyramid Snowcap
  • New Belgium Skinny Dip
  • Red Hook ESB (one of my early faves)
  • Mendocino Eye of the Hawk***
  • Widmer SnowPlow*** (OMG...soooo goooood)

And when I'm broke, I grab any 12 pack of Henry Weinhards ($7.44 at Wallyworld!)

For you guys who like R/C planes...well I do too! I get paid to fly mine, so I guess it's more like work than a hobby. ;)

Wow.. I'm surprised at how many reefers are into beer as well!! =D Puts a smile to my face! haha

For all ya beer lovers, you know there is an international beerfest in SF every year.

I heard there was a beer festival in sacramento as well, but I've never been to that one. Does anyone know how the Sac beer fest compares to the one in SF?

I have a few hobbies some odder then others...

My saltwater tank
Modified sport compact cars
Jordan shoes
Skateboarding 12+ years
Grafitti art
Wheat Pasting
Paintballing
My daughter and all the joy she is :)

Wow. Now how did you land that job? Extremely jelous. Aircraft are the only thing that stirs my soul more than reef tanks and SCUBA.

Robert, YGPM. I know what you mean about flying, it's one of the most fun things you can do. I also love the history...not many things have changed the world like the airplane.

Traveling - I really like going new places/countries that I haven't seen before....Only problem(besides the cost) is I get worried leaving the tank.....

I love traveling as well which can be a problem with three dogs and a cat...and now the tank as well. That's probably the most difficult logistical obstacle when it comes to travel. Small price to pay to see the world though....

I love to go camping, fishing and ride my quad and my jetskis. I also build robots. The one shown is a solarpowerd phototropic bug. It runs around looking for more food (brighter sunlight) and no batteries! and yes, i also love beer lol.

I lived in Arcata, CA for 4 years and graduated from Humboldt State University. So, YES, Lost Coast and Six Rivers. Six Rivers makes amazing brews. Mendocino Brewing and North Coast Brewing (brewed at same location) are also amazing beers.

That probably why I hate beer, because I grew up there.

Bobby, that robot is awesome! I'm in the market for a solar-powered phototropic robot bug. Are your robots for sale?

THANKS! Most of the bots i make are solar powered. Just do a search for BEAM robotics and you get a better idea. I have made walkers, expolers, turbots, magbots, ext. I have often thought about selling some, but there isnt really any money in selling them. The micro solarcells i use are discontinued and hard to find. When i do they are about $6.00 so id have to charge more then people would prolly want to pay. total cost of that species of bot is around $18-$20 parts and about 1 hour to make. Plus this new reef tank is takeing up all my time (and money). Havent touched my bot lab in about 3 months :(

but now that my tank is up, this gets me thinking of possible trades.......hmmmmm.. lol

Dude, I think trading frags is going to be the new form of commerce in the states. When my stuff grows out I'd love to trade frags for a robot! I bet that would be a first!
