Our Mini 425 Ocean

J - keep working at it and sharrin the wealth..
Thiago- i have been slackin..
Aaronovky - thanks..

I haven't done anything to the tank lately. before we left for vacation we did get some furniture. So it is nice to sit in front of a kinda empty tank. My newborn loves to sit with us on the couch and watch the tank for a little..It has been crazy with work lately and I have been working on one of my cars, but plan to get some work done next week.

I loss a few fish to jumping out and my dog getting to them first. It hurt for a little but I am over it now and plan to make a cover soon. i will get some updated pics soon.

I finally think i am getting my money back for my broke calcium reactor. i am thinking about dropping a little coin on a decent skimmer. Just trying to find a good deal on one that can handle my total volume soon to be about 550 650. Anyone got any ideas i am open. I missed out on an asm g6 for about $500.. too late sold quick

Heck yeah order it up!! Should be the best bang for the buck IMO. There are a few threads on RC about the 200's and the 250's. But for your price range I think this will be your best bet

Get it, hook it up, and post pics

Eric, If you can really get the BK250 shipped for $710, that's an awesome deal!! Wow. If you then decide that it's not the right skimmer for you, you can easily sell it again at the same price.

I haven’t had much time to work on the tank lately Been busy with work and my new son. Then I also decided to start putting my car back together, another money pit..
Here is my little boy. He is a lot of fun.

I made some rock walls with foam to hide the over flows. Egg Crate was not strong enough so I just used the overflow and drilled some hole and attached some rocks, filled the rest with foam and resin with sand and crushed coral.

Here is the start of the aquascape with some pics from the living room side. I like how it is a little different from the office side and the living room side. I will get some better pics soon.

Now THAT's multitasking! Boy in one hand, laptop in the other, and VPN access close by :)

Since I don't have a little on to have to take care of, I have to ask which you have found to be more difficult, your son, or the tank?

Personally, I can't help but think that a water change would be much easier than a diaper change..........

Personal fragging is a huge commitment, but so worth it Chuck..in spite of diapers.
That's a nice frag you got there eric. Tanks looks good too.
