over 122 degF in Filtration room Built

i need help ! moving to a small villa, no room for a sump, Refug, and the rest...

because of the new aquarium design am going to make plus the nose, now the problem is here some times the temperature reach 122F equal to 50c Degrees in summer, the idea is build a small cabin with Sliding doors i need advice in material, of the built, to reduce the heat as much as possible, plus do you advice a big chiller or An AC unit ?

please Help!

AC unit probably.
You cannot fit a sump under the new aquarium?

no it wont fit because the tank will be attached to the wall so, No Stand only 3 or 4 holes to the wall for Pluming and the filters outside...

maybe an AC unit will be even cheaper i guess.
