Ovipositor

Ok so one of my femal Ocellaris has had her ovipositer sticking out for the past day. Whats up with that? They are not really behaving like they are in breeding mode. They have only been in my tank for bout 1 month, though they were a breeding pair when I got them from ORA. I have been doin 40% water changes daily and saturation feeding them so I wondered if that has anything to do with it. Like I said I am not seeing to much stuff indicating an upcoming spawn, so what do you guys think is goin on?

The Ovipositor on my female ocellaris is always sticking out a bit,, maybe 1-2mm. The day before a spawn it extends a bit more.

Hmm, interesting thank you. I think a large waterchange I did seemed to sort of stimulate it.
